MAKING EDAMAME IN THE AIR FRYER
You will love this recipe because they are such an excellent source of protein and are also rich in fiber. Which makes them a very healthy snack to munch on throughout your day and feel guilt free about. This is a wonderful home version of a popular appetizer found in most sushi restaurants. So, being able to whip up this easy dish anytime you are craving them at home makes it simply delightful.
Ingredients:
fresh edamame- or frozen edamameolive oil- or avocado oilgarlic powderkosher salt
Optional Favorite Seasonings: You can squeeze a little bit of lime juice for flavor, or add seasonings, like McCormick’s chili powder, curry powder, onion powder, black pepper, lemon juice or Italian seasoning. For a pop of heat use chipotle chili powder, cayenne pepper or ground jalapeño pepper.
How To Make Air Fryer Edamame
